Cristacer’s high degree of technology sets the company apart from its rivals, particularly for its versatility and capacity to react and to adapt to customer needs. Technology is a key priority for CRISTACER and its production system, which is now fully automated, was upgraded by incorporating the latest technological developments. It features computer-vision sorting systems, fully mechanized packaging systems, a stateofthe- art kiln and digital printing technology for decorating the tiles.
The new Cretaprint inkjet digital printing system ensures a greater variety of patterns, more stable colours, higher-definition clearer images, and printing across the whole surface of the tile and right to the very bottom of relief textures. Endless different tiles can be created and greater flexibility is ensured when changing over tile models, in addition to fewer surface flaws.
